Excellent service off friendly staff. The breakfast is second to none and the restraunt is incredible. I will be staying here again on a regular basis. The best Premier inn I have stayed in by a mile.
Stopped here on our way back from Cornwall to the East Midlands & as hoped, was as good as all the other Premier travel inns we have stayed in. Receptionist- didn't get her name, was helpful & service with a smile. Room was clean & had everything as expected. Breakfast had the usual abundance of choices & I think it was nice that the hot breakfast was cooked to order. The wonderful Lexi was on duty & welcomed us with a smile & relevant info on what to do. She promptly took our order & was brought to our table just as we had finished cereal. She always had a smile on her face & happy to chat. Its these simple things that make a lovely warm start to the day. Thank you to all the staff & good luck Lexi in your future

Great experience here. The staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday extra special, like decorating the door with banners and also providing a few treats and a card for her to open on her bed. We also needed two cots for our twin boys and these were provided without any hassle. The only little niggle was the air conditioning not working initially in the room on a warm August evening, but after asking at reception the lovely lady behind the desk was more than happy to lend us her fan. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I got an excellent price for 4 nights, booked some weeks ago, non-refundable. Staff here lovely folk, extremely warm, as well as efficient. Cleanliness to a high standard. My breakfast this morning could easily compete with the likes of Mercure and Holiday Inn in terms of presentation, choice, quality - perfectly cooked and quickly too, though I know I arrived as the restaurant opened. I liked my room - windows opened - yay! Heating was controllable, plenty of space and - best of all - a discreet bottle opener attached to the desk! Easy to hand top-ups of tea, coffee etc at reception, free parking, great location. Food seemed to be freezer to table but exceptionally cheap and more than palatable, well presented. Breakfast however seemed fresh,more than. Portions felt / looked small but I wasn't hungry, having eaten what I had ordered. Additional sundries were plentiful and, again, well priced, so if I was really on need of fuelling, I'd be just fine. Loved the mini library at reception. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
Stayed here a few times now with work, use to stay in either Bristol or Exeter, but the prices there are outrageous so found this gem of a place. It's nice and quiet, huge free carpark and the restaurant is always great. The ultimate WiFi does let it down on the odd occasion though. I'll be back next month on my monthly travels to the south west.
I stayed here over the Christmas period, the room was lovely and had a homely feels to it, the whole team was lovely, a massive shout out to Ryan for making me feel so welcome.
